Order Processing

Shipping & Delivery
Once processed, orders typically take 7–14 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as customs, carrier delays, or weather. International orders may take longer.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges.

Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Delays
