Where is my order?
You can track your order in two easy ways:
1. Check your order confirmation email
After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to see real-time updates from the carrier.
2. Log in to your account
If you have a WaddlePlush™ account, you can view your order status and tracking details anytime:
- Click Log in at the top of our website.
- Go to Orders.
- Select your order to view tracking information.
Finding your order number
Your order number starts with # and can be found in your order confirmation email (subject: "Your WaddlePlush™ order is confirmed") or in your account under Orders.
